- Product includes all services and products provided by Kindle Publish Center per the Customer’s Order.
- Order is any request for services or products made via phone or email, confirmed by payment through credit card, cash receipt, or bank transfer.
Refund Policy
We aim to deliver high-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below:
No Refund on Change of Mind
Once an order is placed and work has started, no refunds will be issued due to a change of mind. Clients are advised to review all requirements carefully before confirming the order.
Before Work Begins
If a refund is requested before work has started, a full refund may be issued after deducting transaction charges.
After Work Begins
Once our team has started working on the project, refunds are not applicable. However, we will provide revisions to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Quality Concerns
If the delivered work does not meet the agreed requirements, we will:
A. Offer revisions and improvements
B. Reassign the work if needed
A partial refund may only be considered if the final delivery is significantly different from the agreed scope, after all revision options are exhausted.
Processing Fees
In all eligible refund cases, a processing fee of USD 250 or 5% (whichever is higher) will be deducted.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 15–30 working days.
Clause of Use
If a project remains without communication regarding approvals or specifications for 45 days, the project will be considered closed, and a fee will apply to reactivate it.
Closed Project
A "Closed Project" is defined as a project fully delivered or unclaimed for 45 days, and Kindle Publish Center assumes no responsibility beyond this timeframe.
Copyright & Personal Use
All completed products are fully original and belong exclusively to you. You retain full copyright over these materials, and unauthorized use of any content provided by Kindle Publish Center may lead to civil or criminal consequences. You agree to hold Kindle Publish Center harmless against any unauthorized usage.
No Plagiarism Commitment
Kindle Publish Center strictly adheres to copyright laws and does not condone plagiarism or fraudulent activities. We provide original materials that comply with copyright standards.
Kindle Publish Center, its affiliates, and partners hold no liability for any misuse of our products, including plagiarism, legal consequences, academic penalties, or other disciplinary actions.
Image Usage Policy
Unless specifically created by our illustrators, we do not hold copyright over images. We may provide links to suggested image sources for your convenience. Royalty-free images are allowed, while additional fees may apply for copyrighted images.
Refunds
At Kindle Publish Center, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we have a defined refund policy to ensure a clear process. If you request a refund before any work has started on your order, we’ll issue a full refund of the paid fee, minus any transaction fees. Once work has begun, the time and resources already committed mean we cannot offer a full refund.
Our products and services are non-refundable and come with no implied guarantees. However, you may request one free revision to meet your expectations. If you’re not fully satisfied with the quality, you may ask for a partial refund of up to 50% of the paid fee, subject to an assessment of the quality concerns raised.
In rare situations where a full refund is requested for specific issues, the case will be reviewed by a committee. The committee will make an objective decision based on all relevant information and evidence provided.
Revision Policy
Editing Orders
We will revise edited content to resolve any objective or technical errors. Additional revisions are provided at the Company’s discretion if no such errors remain.
Ghostwriting Orders
Revisions will be made to sections of content until approved by the client. Once approved, further revisions are charged at an editing rate.
Limitation of Liability
Kindle Publish Center, along with its affiliates, employees, and partners, disclaims any liability for issues arising from the use of this website or our services, including technical failures, delays, or typographical errors. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from your use of our services, including attorney fees or third-party claims arising from your use of our products or violation of these terms.
For ghostwriting orders, revisions to specific sections will continue until the client’s approval, after which further changes will be subject to an editing rate.
Kindle Publish Center shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in any way connected to the use of this website or any information provided herein. This limitation may vary depending on state or jurisdictional restrictions.
Amendments
You acknowledge that Kindle Publish Center may update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. We recommend checking this section periodically, as any changes will be reflected here.
